Mercedes-Benz calls 2016 “the year of the SUV” and has announced a further expansion of its already large collection of SUVs and crossovers by 2020. The All-Terrain nameplate gives the German brand access to a previously unexplored niche, which is the high riding station wagons. This year was the start for the E-class All-Terrain, but new year a similar concept will be used on the C-class too.
