Opel is on a roll lately with the new Mokka X, Zafira and new Astra. However, Opel will unveil 7 models in 2017. One of those 7 models is the new C-segment SUV, the Grandland X. This new SUV will be the bigger brother of the upcoming Crossland X. Both models are created in cooperation with the PSA group.
It is likely that the car will be offered with front-wheel drive only, with engines ranging from a downsized 1.5-litre turbo petrol up to a BiTurbo 1.6CDTI, which is already found in the new Astra. A raised ride height, an electronic advanced grip control program, several safety technologies and Onstar will be available as well.
