The Volkswagen Golf has always been a success, and this will not change with the 8th generation Golf. The new hatchback will sit on the same MQB platform as the current one but will lose some weight. Also the styling will be updated in order to be in line with the new Tiguan, Passat and the upcoming Touareg.
